How to get help: You are not alone. Our Community Care team is here to listen, with respect and care.
If you need support, please visit our community center in person Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 6:30 at 2121 Highway 70 US in Swannanoa. SCT Community Care team members are people who live and work in the Swannanoa Valley who are trained to support others in finding resources and meeting basic needs. We help individuals and families find and pay for affordable housing, cover costs of prescription medications, access legal support, and access free mental health services. SCT is safe space to speak freely and connect with people who can support you.
Community Cupboard/Bodeguita: Our pantry is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 6:30 at 2121 Highway 70 US in Swannanoa with free groceries, household supplies, refrigerated items, fresh produce, and frozen prepared meals. Everyone is welcome to visit the Community Cupboard / Bodeguita during open hours. .
